- Open the EveryonePrint Admin and click Settings.
- Under General Settings, at the top of the screen, the current licensing is displayed, including any existing license key and maintenance expiration date.
In the above example, the license is a Server license, with maintenance expiring in July 2018, which means EveryonePrint can be upgraded and updated free of charge until this date.
A valid maintenance is necessary for:
- Upgrade: Maintenance is not required to run the software, but you cannot benefit of the upgrade to a newer version without valid maintenance.
- Customer Support: Valid maintenance will be checked when you contact our Customer Support for any support inquiry.
When maintenance expires, it can be renewed. For any question related to license and maintenance renewal, simply drop an email to: support@everyoneprint.com and include:
- Server Name
- Server ID
- Current license
- License key
