Issue:

Once the device configuration has been performed as per the documentation, you submit a print job to EveryonePrint. In the "Print Job Monitor" list the document stays in status "Printing" and no output occurs at the physical device.

Troubleshooting:

• Open Windows Event Viewer and go to Windows Logs -> Application.
• You may see a red error whose text says :
  "Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\EveryonePrint\lib\cpp\cpp.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.CRT,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis."

Resolution:

• You need to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86" (vcredist_x86.exe)  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26368
• After the installation restart EveryonePrint Web service.
