1. Stop EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway service
2. Open EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway program folder, default : %ProgramFiles(x86)%\EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway
3. Make a backup copy of 'defaults.xml' file.
4. Edit 'defaults.xml' file in a text editor like notepad or similar, and locate the <entry key="AdminPW"> tag
5. Reset to this value: <entry key="AdminPW">8373443e533b80c2a8801f6b3344c562</entry>
6. Save change.
7. Re-Start EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway Service

Admin password for the Mobile Gateway is now reset to the default value "eop".
