Issue:
Using Google Cloud Print from a Chromebooks, the job comes in EveryonePrint with owner like: abc07b779a57087ad892998453887995_2425035416@chrome-enterprise-devices.gserviceaccount.com
Reason:
The issue comes from the fact that the printer is shared on the ChromeBook device account instead of the User Gmail account.

Resolution:
You should make sure the users are logged into their personnal Gmail account, access EveryonePrint Web portal and from there, connect to the shared EveryonePrint Google Cloud print device.
'The workaround is for each user to install the printer into their ** individual account **, and choose that one instead of the one published under 'Local Destinations'.'
