Context:
EveryonePrint Mobile iOS App communicating with EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway
Issue:
When trying to setup EveryonePrint Mobile iOS App an 'XML parse error' is received
Resolution:
This error has been found in environments where an active network equipment (ex: Netscaler) between the iOS device and EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway was setup for 'HTTP compression'. After disabling this option for this specific service group the problem was gone.
