This is often a very common question from HCP partners and resellers. To address this query once and for all, we have decided to make a small note for your help.
To renew HCP account license, partners receive HCP License Key on request. Follow the below instruction to update the license key in HCP.
If you need a new one, please get in touch with email@example.com along with the Account ID for the HCP account. Once you have received the new account license key, please follow the below instruction.
Click on HCP Account --> Go to License tab --> Click on Enter License Key button --> Enter the license key provide by our support à Save
That’s it. You can see a success message on successful license renewal of HCP. Please get in touch with our support if you face any issue during the renewal process.
