Context:

This is often a very common question from HCP partners and resellers. To address this query once and for all, we have decided to make a small note for your help.

Issue:

To renew HCP account license, partners receive HCP License Key on request. Follow the below instruction to update the license key in HCP.

Resolution:

If you need a new one, please get in touch with support@everyoneprint.com along with the Account ID for the HCP account. Once you have received the new account license key, please follow the below instruction.

Click on HCP Account --> Go to License tab --> Click on Enter License Key button --> Enter the license key provide by our support à Save

That’s it. You can see a success message on successful license renewal of HCP. Please get in touch with our support if you face any issue during the renewal process.
