When using  HCP PC Client for Windows with 'local storage...' mode enabled, jobs are stored locally on the PC in directory: 

• Without encryption:
  C:\ProgramData\hcpclientcore\documents
• With encryption of data at rest enabled at the account level ( HCP Admin > Account > Settings > [Edit] > PKI and Encryption > [Show] > Enable data encryption at rest ):
  C:\ProgramData\hcpclientcore\private

- MacOSX

When using  HCP PC Client for MacOSX with 'local storage...' mode enabled, jobs are stored locally on the PC in directory: 

• Without encryption:
  /Library/hcpclientcore/documents
• With encryption of data at rest enabled at the account level ( HCP Admin > Account > Settings > [Edit] > PKI and Encryption > [Show] > Enable data encryption at rest ):
  /Library/hcpclientcore/private
