Context:

MS-Office 2013  (32 bit English) is used for document conversion

Issue:

Conversion issue after an MS update

Resolution:

We were informed that some installation of EveryonePrint were having problems doing the MS-Office (2013) conversion after these KB were applied

Removing these updates solved the problem, and MS-Office conversion works again.

Alternatively, it is possible to update MS-Office to newer version; MS-Office 2016 is already supported since version 4.2.2 from October 2017: https://www.everyoneprint.com/version-history/
