1. Reproduce the issue at the device, note the exact date/time when this is done, provide this information
2. Replace device IP in the following link and open it. This will bring you to the log export page: http://<printer ip address>/web/entry/df/websys/direct/getSysInfo.cgi
3. Click download button. Log is now prepared and should be available for download within several minutes, depending on the amount of the events and device’s hardware
4. Save the log and attach it to the ticket, we will pick up logs from the gateway and continue investigation.
