Context:
The customer wants the ability to print using email/web for their end users
Issue:
The option to "Import printers" within the EOP mobile print software is not available
Resolution:
In this example, the below has been set:
- 1 x HCP gateway
- Mobile print is setup to use "Direct print with Authentication"
- The HCP API Permissions have been set correctly
- A Pull input port and printer have been added to HCP
1. Ensure that the permissions below have been set in the HCP API:
2. Add an input port and Printer into the HCP Portal
3. Authenticate as a admin user in the Mobile print portal and test:
3. The option to Import printers will now appear in the Mobile print portal:
