Context:

When a user presents a card, there is no activity from the device, but the card reader beeps

Issue:

Only Short ID/Network login is possible.

Ensure that the DNS prefix for the HCP domain is set to a single name eg

hcpcustomer.eu.eophcp.com

rather than

hcp.customer.eu.eophcp.com

As the latter will make the HCP wildcard certificate invalid as this certificate is valid for a single DNS prefix. ie *.eu.eophcp.com
